Old Colony Specialty Crops is a small family owned and operated farm located in Southeastern Massachusetts. We are growers of numerous varieties of quality air loom garlic's. Being somewhat smaller in acreage allows us too much more closely monitor and control the finer aspect of garlic cultivation, planting thru harvest. When it comes to growing great garlic, absolutely everything matters. So we begin each season by sowing only the highest quality of hand selected gourmet garlic cloves from our own planting stock. Whether you order garlic from us to plant in your own soil or to prepare in your most guarded handed down recipes, you can be sure of receiving nothing but the highest quality product each and every time.
